This service is continually under development, and it will be updated as events take place and court resources permit.Visitors to this site agree that the Court is not liable for errors or omissions of any of the information provided. The Court may deny access to a member of the public for failure to comply with any of these conditions of use.

This website is governed and construed by the laws of the State of California and the California Rules of Court. Any use of the website shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on this portal are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under the laws of the State of California, State Computer Trespass law and federal statutes including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act, as amended.

Pursuant to California Rules of Court 2.503, the court restricts documents from remote display on certain case type categories identified in this Rule of Court. However, the court records may be available for access and/or viewing at our Records Department locations in the courthouse building located at 1515 Court St., Redding, CA. 96001.

Public Portal

  • Allows login access to registered users.
  • Access to privileged information is for authorized users only. If you have not been granted access to privileged information, you will see the same information as the regular public.
  • Important - If you are an employee of a Justice Partner Agency, you may request elevated access which may allow to you to see additional case information, which may include documents and images. If you are not part of a Justice Partner Agency, you will see the same information as the regular public. Please note, elevated access to case information and documents is currently in progress. The Court has limited resources and will continue adding functionality as time and resources allow.
  • If elevated access has been granted to you, you are acknowledging to utilize this elevated access for only necessary information, pertaining to your business functions or cases. This access will not be utilized for profit, or for reasons which do not apply to your work with the Court.
