The Clerk's Office will have limited services available Tuesdays through Fridays for the month of September.

Criminal and traffic hours will be unaffected. Civil, Family, Probate, Small Claims, and Unlawful Detainer clerks will not be available after 3pm on Tuesdays - Fridays between September 2 through September 30. A drop box will be available after 3pm. Monday services will be unchanged.

The Shasta County Superior Court provides free, high-speed wireless Internet access for summoned jurors and the general public. Jurors can check their email and browse the Internet. Jurors assume all responsibility for using this service. Please be advised the Shasta County Superior Court is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged items, or any malicious incursions while using this service.
